Your privacy is important to us. It is Void Bullet Pte. Ltd.'s policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including via our app, AIVatar, and its associated services.

We do our best to keep your personal information safe and protect it from being lost, stolen, or seen by people who aren't allowed to. But also remember that there's no bulletproof way of keeping any information 100% safe.
6. How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need to. This time period may depend on what we are using your information for, in accordance with this privacy policy. For example, if you have uploaded photos as part of using the app, we retain them until the AI model is generated, after which they are permanently deleted. If your personal information is no longer required for the purpose of providing relevant functionality, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you.
However, if necessary, we may retain your personal information for our compliance with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation or for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific, or historical research purposes or statistical purposes.

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it. We delete your information or make it anonymous when we don't need it anymore. Sometimes we need to keep your information for legal, accounting, or other reasons.
7. Face Data
We collect face photographs when using the app. We use this data to train the AI model according to your likeness. We do not extrapolate any other information from the facial data and do not store it.
We permanently delete the uploaded photos as soon as the AI model is generated.
Neither your photos, nor any relevant data are shared with third parties. Trained AI model is stored securely for as long as you have an account with us. If you choose to delete your account, the AI model is permanently deleted along with any existing user data, such as email, user identifier, etc.
Basically,
We use pictures of your face to make an AI that creates artworks that look like you. We don't save the pictures or share them with anyone else. We delete them as soon as AI as ready. When you stop using the app, we get rid of everything, even the AI.
8. Children's Privacy
We do not aim any of our products or services directly at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 13.
Basically,
Kids aren't allowed to use the AIVatar and we don't knowingly collect any information about them.
9. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
We may disclose personal information to:

- third-party service providers for the purpose of enabling them to provide their services, including (without limitation) IT service providers, data storage, hosting and server providers, ad networks, analytics, error loggers, debt collectors, maintenance or problem-solving providers, marketing or advertising providers, professional advisors, and payment systems operators

- our existing or potential agents or business partners
- credit reporting agencies, courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities, in the event you fail to pay for goods or services we have provided to you
